Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipping. When your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. No changes can be made to your order once it has been shipped. Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible if changes or cancellation of order(s) is required, before shipping is completed. 

We currently only provide shipping to all of Canada and the continental U.S.A.


Canada

For customers that live in the Regina, Saskatchewan region, there is free customer pick up available. Please select the Customer Pickup option at checkout and we will send you the address via email. You will also be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping costs ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 CAN to ship within Canada. 

These costs are subject to change. Any savings that we can get with shipping will be passed on to you.

Shipping time can range from 3 to 10 business days. 


United States of America

The States that we ship to are:

Shipping costs to U.S.A. start at $13.00 CAN.

Customs fees and taxes are always possible when shipping to a different country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have a problem with your order.

We do the best we can to make sure that your order arrives safely. We use singlewall currogated boxes that have met all the construction requirements for freight. We do not use polymailer for our slimes. All slimes also come individually wrapped in bubble wrap and are tightly packaged to prevent any damage. Any damage that may occur during transit is not the sellers fault. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you receive your package damaged and provide photos. We will bring this up with our couriers to insure that it doesn't happen again.
