Where do you ship your products?
We are located in Canada and currently only ship to all of Canada and the continental United States of America (U.S.A).
How much does the shipping cost?
For customers that live in the Regina, Saskatchewan/Canada region, there is free customer pick up available. Please select the Customer Pickup option at checkout and we will send you the address via email. You will also be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.
The shipping is calculated upon checkout depending on your region and the weight of your parcel. We only ship in currogated boxes to ensure that your slime arrives to you safely. We do the best we can to get a reasonable price for shipping.
Currently, within Canada, the shipping ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 CAN.
Shipping to U.S.A. start at $13.00 CAN.
These costs are subject to change. Any savings that we can get with shipping will be passed on to you.
We do have a free shipping option available for customers in Canada via our Slime in a Bag option. If you live in Canada and you want your slime in a bag, make this selection in the products option (for 4oz size). See What is Slime in a Bag? page for more information.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been picked up or dropped off to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Processing time can take from 3 to 5 business days and shipping time ranges depending where you live. Within Canada, it can range from 3 to 10 business days. To U.S.A., it can range from 4 to 10 business days. We keep track of all our shipments to ensure that they are received by you, but we are not responsible for delays that may occur during transit.
What is included in my order?
Your order will come with Slime Care Instructions / Thank you card, a pre-filled activator pen and a business card with social media contacts.
How is my order packed?
We do the best we can to make sure that your order arrives safely. We use singlewall currogated boxes that have met all the construction requirements for freight. We do not use polymailer for our slimes in jars. All slimes also come individually wrapped in bubble wrap and are tightly packaged to prevent any damage. Any damage that may occur during transit is not the seller's fault. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you receive your package damaged and provide photos. We will bring this up with our couriers to insure that it doesn't happen again.
How much slime do I get?
We sell slime in either 4oz or 6oz plastic jars. Slime size is measured by volume, not by weight. Slime is packed to the fill line of the container. Due to the different densities of the different types of slime, the weight per container will vary. Slime can and will also change volume when played with.
What does the slime come in?
All slime come in high quality containers with a screw on lid. All containers are clear and plastic. The labels on the containers are waterproof and can easily be cleaned with some water and light rubbing.
What is the slime made of?
All slime contains non-toxic glue (either white, clear or both) and Borax is the activator used. Slimes may also contain colorants, clay, soaps, lotions, shaving creams, metal leaf, fimo clay pieces and fragrance oils/other scents. Slime is not edible. Do not consume. Not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Slime may contain small parts that can be a choking hazard.
